If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will help. You may return or exchange your items per the guidelines below.

 

Return Policy

What is our return policy:

**30-Day Return Period**

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Eligibility conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items are distinguished in their product description.

How to make a return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at storeinfo@tenniscanada.com. We’ll assist you in the process and provide any necessary instructions. Please note that we operate exclusively online, and do not have a physical retail location. Therefore, in-person returns are not permitted.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item(s) back to our office:

Instructions on packaging: Use a protective mailer or box. Please include your original packing slip inside.

 

When to expect a refund

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy

What is our exchange policy

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Same Product Exchange Only:

Items can only be exchanged for the exact same product from the original purchase, including size and colour variants. Exchanges for different items are not permitted.

All exchanges are pending stock availability for the item(s) you wish to exchange. We cannot guarantee the item(s) will be in stock.

Exchanges within Canada

Customers within Canada are eligible for an exchange at no additional cost.

International Exchanges:

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to be exchanged to our Toronto office. Tennis Canada will cover the shipping costs when sending the replacement item(s).
