Online product availability

Tennis Canada makes every effort to keep a sufficient inventory of the products offered on its Web site. However, the availability of these products is not guaranteed.
Tennis Canada waives any liability in case of inventory shortages.

If Tennis Canada is unable to deliver a product ordered through its web site, the buyer will be notified accordingly by e-mail or telephone. If such is the case, any amount charged to your credit card for products, including delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible.

Price policy

The prices indicated on Tennis Canada site are those established for consumer sales.

The applicable sales taxes are included in the prices displayed at final checkout BEFORE payment is made.
Tennis Canada reserves the right to modify the prices of products available on its site at any time, without prior notice.
All prices quoted on Tennis Canada site are in Canadian dollars.

Delivery charges and services

Tennis Canada delivers exclusively in Quebec through Canada Post. All other locations are serviced by FedEx or Canada Post depending on the selection of shipping method chosen by the customer. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Tennis Canada however does not guarantee this delivery time in some remote areas.

Payment options

Tennis Canada accepts Visa and Mastercard for payment only. All payments are made through a secure payment provider.

Sales taxes

All prices for products offered on Tennis Canada site do NOT include taxes. The amounts as well as the GST and QST tax numbers are indicated at the bottom of the supplied invoice.

Tennis Canada Refund Policy

Tennis Canada allows you to exchange a product purchased online or obtain a refund should the product be damaged, or not be as described in the product description section.

What happens if your order is incomplete? If you order the wrong product or the one you receive is either broken or defective? Below are a few of the most common questions and answers.

Incomplete Order

In the event that we are unable to deliver a product, Tennis Canada Customer Service will contact the client. If the order is incomplete because of a missing product, Tennis Canada refunds the purchase price of the product as well as applicable delivery charges for that product (including taxes).

Missing Product in the Delivered Order

A client must contact Tennis Canada Customer Service if there is a missing product in the order. Two options are available:

If the client wishes to replace the missing item, Tennis Canada sends the product and covers all delivery charges relative to the new shipment.

If the client no longer wants the product or if there aren’t any left in stock,Tennis Canada reimburses the purchase price of the product as well as all the delivery charges for that portion of the order (including taxes).
